Christoph Karsten
Since June 2016 Christoph is one of Germany’s first Consultant-Tandem job sharing duos. Together with his job share partner Nicolas Woldmann he shares every aspect of his position as a Manager for Customer Experience Management at cmx consulting GmbH by muuuh Group, Germany’s well known and prestigious address for customer management solutions.
Christoph is a well educated Aeronautics Engineer and Systemical Coach. He benefits from over 15 years of experience in technical design as well as leadership, management and consulting. He leads projects as well as teams, founded his own consultancy and has improved processes for several key companies. Christoph’s passion is finding innovative solutions for personal, organizational and cultural development in a rapidly changing work environment.
Nicolas Woldmann
After Nicolas Woldmann finished his vocational training as a Cabinet Maker in Hamburg, Germany and graduated from Musicians Institute, Los Angeles, USA, he worked as a Musician and Studio Technician before taking the role of International Distributor Support for a technology leader in digital audio. He spent four years there in final phase tech support and product improvement as well as conducting trainings, clinics and trade shows around the globe.
Subsequently, he graduated in Media Management and started a nine-year career in Project Management, during which he earned certificates as PMI PMP, Train-the Trainer and SAWE Weight Engineer.Thus, he left the aircraft industry as an acknowledged expert in aircraft weight and balance, supplier management and overall cabin systems and equipment perimeters.
He then moved on to Co-Found mobees, where he strived to find new solutions by harvesting and utilising renewable energy with a patent (currently pending) and teaches classical and agile project management, industrial production processes, media business and media planning at a private university.
In 2016, he teamed up with Christoph Karsten to form Germany’s first Manager-Tandem job sharing duo at cmx-consulting, a consulting firm specialised in customer management issues.
Furthermore, Nicolas has been teaching drumming to children and adolescents for almost 30 years.
