Johann Weichbrodt

Senior Researcher Flexibilization of Work, FHNW

Dr  Johann Weichbrodt works as a Senior Researcher at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), School of Applied Psychology. After his studies in psychology at the University of Göttingen, Germany, he worked for several years at the ETH Zurich and was awarded his PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology. Since 2013, he works at the School of Applied Psychology FHNW in Olten, where he teaches Qualitative Research Methods and actively researches the flexibilization of work. He is particularly interested in the necessary developmental processes – for organizations as well as for individuals. One such aspect is the change in leadership which a flexible way of working entails. He lives with his family in Zurich.
