Mirko Humbert

Designer, Co-founder of We Jobshare Sàrl

Mirko Humbert completed his Designstudies in Lausanne. He then embarked on his career and has now worked more than 15 years as a Freelance Designer and Web Developer. He is also active as an Influencer in the Design world for his own blog and diverse online magazines. For many years, Mr. Humbert had the opportunity to live in China and experience a digital nomad lifestyle.

These experience’s successes as well as failures led him into thinking about the way in which we work. For him, work-life balance should be at the centre of employees’ interests. Thus, he then went on to co-found We Jobshare Sàrl, a Swiss professional match-making platform. Mirko Humbert also contributed content to the collective book on Job Sharing published at L’Harmattan through an article written with Teilzeitmann.
