Sara is a subject matter expert in the world of diversity, flexible working and job sharing and works with boards and leadership teams, through her company BrightWorks, guiding on strategies to support a step change in diversity and drive programmes that embed flexible ways of working. Sara has a particular passion for job sharing and is the founder of The Job Share Project, a not-for-profit vehicle that promotes awareness of job sharing as a means to work part-time in senior roles. Prior to this, following 15 years in strategy and management consultancy Sara founded Capability Jane Recruitment a niche recruitment firm specialising in part-time and job share executive recruitment of which she is now Chairman. Sara is the author of numerous white papers and a frequent speaker and advisor to organisations, government, policy makers and media on gender diversity, flexible and part-time working and job sharing.
